Order cancellation
The ordering of all single credits or credit bundles is instant and cannot be cancelled after payment, as the service will be provided instantly.

Unlimited access bundles can be cancelled the first 14 days after purchase by contacting us at cancellations@template-builder.com. Refund will take place for the remaining weeks in the subscription. Please ensure you provide full details including:

• Account name
• Name and Address details
• Bank account information

Return Policy
As all items purchased on template-builder.com are virtual, all items are subject to cancellation and cannot be returned in any way.
